Be the change.

How are you doing?

One of the most common questions we ask each other is this simple one, “how are you doing?”  Most of the time we are not at all prepared for the honest answer! And most of the time when asked, we say “I am fine, how are you!” This is the easiest way to meet and go on with no stress and no time spent on support or comfort.

How are you actually doing?

When asked one more time you might give a more honest answer, depending on who is asking AND if there's time to give an answer. We live our lives on schedules and often we don't factor in time to just connect and be there for eachother. Life is pushing us on.

How are you doing this morning, Trine?

Asking yourself this question might be a good idea sometimes. Sit with yourself and reflect on all the feelings inside. Or stand in front of a mirror and look into your own eyes and connect with yourself. How am I doing? I am upset, I am worried, I am happy, I am sad, I am scared, I am lost, I am loving, I am healthy, I am full of feelings and I am so grateful to be alive in this time of history and be a part of a changing world.

The CHANGE is happening with or without me, but I prefer to take part! And do my part.

To be the change you want to see you have to decide on how to act. Every one of us has an effect on those we meet. Whether we like it or not. I believe we are capable of doing so much more good than we know. What is the difference between meeting a stranger with a smile and a cold gaze? You might just have given someone a better day, by smiling at them. It costs nothing, it is only your consciousness that is needed.

Fingers pointed at others will never do anything good for you. Many people are constantly pointing at others and blaming them for everything they don't like or that is going wrong. It doesn't work that way, YOU have to be the change you want to see! It is so easy and still so hard! It starts with you every day!

Find a loving feeling in your heart and spread it! I see too many people spreading hate and blame and it is not going to give them a good day. They will feel horrible and it will make them miserable, but it is a choice one and each of us has. Choose wisely and make yourself a wonderful day!
