After your normal shower...we all need to wash our hair and body, you turn the water all the way to cold and keep moving!
Make sure all of your skin gets a splash! You can turn and bend and move and you smile more and more and get this vibrant feeling that is addictive! Do it for 30 sec or 2 min.. you decide. Doing it at all is the clue.
